You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days

Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order value.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 14 days

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:

  • Arrange a replacement or refund
  • Cover return shipping costs where applicable

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
