1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via the Limousine Dream website (“Website”).
The Website is operated by Limousine Dream, Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms apply exclusively. Any conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not be recognised unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product listings on the Website constitute a non-binding invitation to order.
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded once we confirm acceptance via email or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues).

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT (where required by law).
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Payment is processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store payment details.
Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (if applicable)

5. Delivery

We ship within the European Union and selected international destinations.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once payment is confirmed.
Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • the day you (or a third party) receive the goods.

Exercising the Right
To exercise your right, you must inform us via a clear statement (email is sufficient).
Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs
    Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods

You must return goods:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised goods
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if opened

9. Warranty & Liability

Statutory consumer rights under EU law apply.
We are liable for:

  • intent and gross negligence
  • damages resulting from injury to life, body or health

We are not liable for:

  • minor negligence unless essential contractual obligations are breached

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (images, text, design, sound) is the property of Limousine Dream and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

12. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
